Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
As a courtesy and to ensure I can support all clients effectively, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your phone consultation.
Cancellations or Rescheduling (Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice):
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee, as that time was set aside just for you.
Missed Calls / No-Shows:
If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the full consultation fee may be charged. You may also be asked to pre-pay for future bookings.
Emergency Situations:
I understand that life happens. If there’s an emergency or unavoidable circumstance, please reach out as soon as you can—I’ll do my best to accommodate where possible.
