What is Bacopa Extract?
Bacopa monnieri has been used by Ayurvedic herbalists for centuries. Recent scientific studies indicate that bacopa can support nervous system health by supporting the brain’s free radical protective systems.

Bacopa may support an improvement in visual processing, learning rate, working memory, information retention and mental performance. It may help support mental performance in cognitively demanding environments such as exams.
A class of powerful compounds called bacosides in Bacopa monnieri is believed to be responsible for these benefits.
It’s also used to treat Alzheimer’s disease, anxiety, and ADHD, along with fighting stress.
