Ingredients: (per 1 capsule)
BCM-95 Bio-Curcumin 400mg
(Curcuma longa 25:1 extract (root) [std.to 95% total curcuminoids complex with essential oils of turmeric rhizome by HPLC (380mg)]

Other Ingredients:
Brown rice flour, vegetable stearate and silica in a clear vegetable capsule. Contains no known allergens, no sugar or gluten, no artificial flavours or preservatives.

Dose (Adults and Children over 12yrs):
For the first three days take 1 capsule three times a day, with food.
Thereafter take 1-3 capsules daily with food as needed or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution:
If you are taking anti-coagulants or anti-platelet medications, or have a bleeding disorder, are pregnant or have any other medical condition consult your healthcare professional before taking Bio-Curcumin.
